Get Hired Lab Client Agreement

Please take the time to read this Client Agreement, which provides the terms and details of your participation in the Get Hired Lab offered by Coach With Danielle (“CWD” or the “Company”).

By purchasing the Get Hired Lab and accepting this Agreement at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the following terms.

1. Program Details

The Get Hired Lab is an online career coaching and training program designed to provide experienced professionals with the strategy, training, tools and coaching to implement the Get Hired process in their own job search.

Your Get Hired Lab purchase includes:

Access to the Get Hired on-demand training program
Access to Get Hired templates, tools, worksheets, scripts and other program resources
12 weeks of weekly group coaching and feedback
One 30-minute 1:1 strategy session with a Get Hired Coach
Access to additional trainings and resources made available as part of the Get Hired Lab

The Get Hired Lab is an implementation-based program. You are responsible for completing and implementing the training, strategies and tools provided.

Individual resume writing, LinkedIn profile writing and ongoing private 1:1 coaching are not included unless expressly offered separately in writing.

Group coaching access is provided for 12 weeks. Continued group coaching beyond the initial 12-week period may be available for an additional fee and is not included in the original program purchase.

2. Payment

The investment for the Get Hired Lab is the purchase price displayed and selected at checkout.

Payment may be made in full or, where offered, through an approved payment plan.

If you select a payment plan, you are agreeing to pay the full purchase price of the Get Hired Lab in installments. A payment plan is not a month-to-month subscription and cannot be cancelled simply because you decide to discontinue participation in the Program.

You remain responsible for all outstanding payments under the payment plan regardless of your level of participation, completion of the Program or use of the coaching and resources provided, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

3. 1:1 Strategy Session

Your Program includes one 30-minute 1:1 strategy session with a Get Hired Coach.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your session. Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered used, except in circumstances otherwise agreed to by CWD.

Any additional private coaching is not included unless expressly provided as a bonus or purchased separately.

4. Program and Course Access

Clients will retain access to the Get Hired on-demand training and applicable digital Program resources for the life of the Program, meaning for as long as the Company offers and maintains the Program.

Should the Company decide to retire the Program, CWD will provide reasonable advance notice where practicable so Clients may download any downloadable materials made available through the Program before access ends.

Your 12 weeks of group coaching is separate from your access to the on-demand training and digital resources and ends at the conclusion of your applicable 12-week coaching period unless continued access is purchased or otherwise provided by CWD.

5. Responsibilities of Coach With Danielle

Coach With Danielle provides career coaching, education and training to individuals and groups regarding strategies, actions and approaches related to career development and obtaining a new role.

Career coaching is not psychological counselling, therapy, medical care, legal advice, financial advice or any other regulated professional service.

CWD will exercise reasonable professional efforts, skill and care in providing the Program and coaching services.

The strategies, coaching and resources provided are educational in nature. CWD does not guarantee that any particular method, strategy, coaching session or activity will produce a specific result for your individual circumstances.

CWD does not guarantee employment, interviews, job offers, compensation increases, promotions or any other specific career or financial result.

6. Client Responsibilities

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own career decisions, actions and results.

The Get Hired Lab provides strategy, training, tools, coaching and feedback. Your results will depend on many factors, including your circumstances, the job market, your experience, the opportunities available to you and the actions you choose to take.

You agree to participate in the Program in good faith and take responsibility for evaluating and implementing the strategies and recommendations provided.

Any decision regarding a particular job, employer, interview, negotiation, compensation package or other career matter remains entirely yours.

7. Group Coaching and Confidentiality

Group coaching is intended to provide a respectful environment in which participants can ask questions, receive coaching and learn from one another.

Because of the nature of group coaching, other participants may hear information you choose to share during a session.

All participants are expected to respect the privacy of other members and agree not to repeat, disclose, publish or otherwise distribute confidential personal information shared by another participant during group coaching sessions.

However, CWD cannot control or guarantee the actions or conduct of other participants. You should therefore use your own discretion and avoid sharing information you do not wish others to know.

If you communicate or establish a relationship with another participant outside the Program, you do so voluntarily and at your own discretion.

CWD reserves the right to remove a participant from group coaching or the Program for behaviour that is disruptive, abusive, inappropriate or materially interferes with the experience or safety of other participants.

8. Group Coaching Recordings

Group coaching sessions may be recorded for the benefit of Program participants.

By participating in a recorded group coaching session, you understand that your voice, name, image and/or information you voluntarily share may be captured in the recording.

Recordings may be made available to Program participants for educational and review purposes.

If you do not wish to appear or speak in a recording, you may choose not to participate verbally or on camera during the recorded portion of the session and may use other available methods for submitting questions where offered.

CWD will not intentionally use a participant's personal coaching contribution as public marketing or promotional content without obtaining appropriate permission.

9. Intellectual Property and Program Materials

All Get Hired Lab training, videos, slide presentations, frameworks, templates, worksheets, scripts, prompts, documents and other Program materials are owned by or licensed to Coach With Danielle and are provided for your individual, personal use.

Your purchase provides you with a personal, non-transferable right to use these materials.

You may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, publish, upload, teach, sublicense or otherwise make Program materials available to another person or organization without prior written permission from CWD.

Program login credentials may not be shared with another person.

10. Refund Policy

Coach With Danielle offers digital training, coaching and resources that become available following purchase.

All Get Hired Lab sales are final and non-refundable once access to the Program, online portal and/or digital Program materials has been provided, subject to any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

If you choose not to participate in the Program, stop attending coaching sessions, do not complete the training or otherwise discontinue using the Program after access has been provided, no full or partial refund, credit or prorated refund will be provided.

If you purchased the Program using a payment plan, discontinuing participation does not cancel your remaining payment obligations. You remain responsible for the outstanding balance of the purchase price.

11. Results Disclaimer

CWD does not promise or guarantee any particular result from participating in the Get Hired Lab.

Examples, testimonials and client stories are provided to illustrate the experiences of particular clients and should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

Career and job-search outcomes vary significantly based on individual circumstances and factors outside CWD's control.

12. Liability

You acknowledge that career coaching and job searching may involve challenges, uncertainty, rejection, disappointment, stress and difficult decisions.

You remain responsible for decisions and actions you take as a result of participating in the Program.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CWD will not be responsible for losses or damages arising from decisions or actions you take based upon Program training, coaching, resources or discussions.

Nothing provided through the Program should be considered medical, psychological, legal, financial, tax or other regulated professional advice. You should consult an appropriately qualified professional where advice in one of those areas is required.

13. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with the applicable checkout and order information and any written terms expressly incorporated into it, constitutes the agreement between you and CWD concerning your purchase and participation in the Get Hired Lab.

Jurisdiction: This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or laws that apply based on your jurisdiction.

Assignment: CWD may assign or transfer its rights and responsibilities under this Agreement to a corporation owned or controlled by Danielle Bradley or to another entity involved in operating the Program. You may not transfer your Program access or rights under this Agreement to another person.

Program Changes: CWD may make reasonable changes to Program content, resources, scheduling and delivery as the Program evolves, provided those changes do not materially eliminate the core Program purchased by the Client.

Electronic Acceptance: You agree that electronic acceptance of this Agreement, including acceptance through an online checkout process, has the same effect as a handwritten signature to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Acceptance

By accepting the Service Agreement at checkout and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you:

Understand the Program you are purchasing and what is included
Understand the refund policy
Understand that a payment plan, if selected, represents a commitment to pay the full purchase price
Understand that CWD does not guarantee employment, interviews, job offers or other specific results
